How we prepare, insure, and deliver your Lay Diamonds orders across India.

High-value jewellery is shipped with appropriate insurance until successful handover at your delivery address.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India only. Delivery must be to a verifiable residential or business address; we may decline PO box-only addresses for high-value orders.
2. Processing time
Every piece passes quality checks before dispatch.
- Ready-made jewellery: typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom / “Make My Jewellery”: production usually takes about 10–15 business days before dispatch, depending on design complexity; your order confirmation or our team will confirm the timeline.
3. Transit estimates (after dispatch)
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Actual delivery may vary with carrier operations and weather.

4. Shipping fees
Free shipping applies to orders at or above ₹400 (or the threshold shown at checkout if we update it). Below that, fees are calculated at checkout from weight, value, and destination. Any import or local taxes applicable at your location are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
5. Tracking & notifications
You will receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email and/or SMS where provided. You can also check status from your account when logged in.
6. Packaging & receipt
Orders ship in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Please inspect the outer carton before signing. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at +91 90370 76043 or laydiamondscare@gmail.com.
7. Address accuracy & failed delivery
You are responsible for correct name, full address, PIN code, and reachable phone number. Redelivery or address correction may incur extra charges. If a shipment is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts or wrong address, we will contact you to rearrange delivery; additional shipping may apply.
8. Risk & title
Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the address on the order (carrier proof of delivery). Until then, insured shipment terms with our carrier apply.
9. Partial shipments
If an order contains multiple items with different readiness dates, we may ship in parts; you will be informed and tracking provided per shipment where applicable.
